Apple shareholders suing officers and directors of the company regarding alleged backdated options filed an amended complaint in San Jose federal court last week adding four additional instances.
While retail sales this holiday season came in below expectations, one bright spot appears to be Apple, which saw its share price hit $200 for the first time ever the day after Christmas.
Apple released a fix for MacBook and MacBook Pro users running Leopard who have experienced intermittent keyboard input issues. The update, for users running Mac OS X 10.5.1, corrects a rare bug that would leave a keyboard inexplicably unresponsive, sometimes for extended periods of time.

Apple's jobs posting pages disclose that the company is recruiting employees for future retail stores at a number of other locations.
Apple has been on the receiving end of five new lawsuits in recent months, filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission reveal, but has seen another six lawsuits dismissed or settled during the same time.
