It isderived from portions of the NASA OSAC (OpticalSurface Analysis Code) software suite. It canmodel nested conical as well as flat opticaldesigns, and includes the ability to modelarbitrary support structures and baffles. It canmodel non-ideal multi-layer reflective coatings aswell as scattering from the optical surfaces.

Theappliance is targeted for 2nd-tier NAS and iSCSIapplications requiring extremely low cost storageas well as dramatically simplified provisioning, expansion, backup, replication, and archiving. Itcan also be used as a primary NAS in businessesthat wish to expand at closer to commoditypricing. It supports unlimited snapshots, snapshotmirroring (replication), and easy management ofextremely large storage pools.License:Other/Proprietary License with Free TrialChanges:VMware image improvements. NMV network and auto-tier form fixes. The ability to preserve NMS/NMC properties during upgrades. Auto-sync improvements in clustered environments. A memory check trigger cleanup. The hosts check HA daemon now syncs time between nodes if a difference is detected.

    +NoNox 1.17a (Default branch)
NoNox is intended to help automate the defense ofInternet servers against attacks such asdictionary login attacks. NoNox monitors log filesfor user-specified trigger patterns. When apattern is seen enough times in a given filewithin a given period of time, NoNox will executea command. The patterns, time limits, files towatch, and commands are all user-specified. Forexample, if NoNox sees too many failed loginattempts from one IP address, it could execute acommand that tells a firewall to drop packets fromthat host, instantly cutting off the attacker.License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:This release repackages NoNox as a tar. It includes a startup/shutdown script for /etc/init.d. There are minor corrections to the documentation.

    +Citadel 7.24 (Default branch)
Citadel is an advanced messaging and collaboration system for groupware and BBS applications. Users can connect to Citadel using any telnet, WWW, or client software. Among the features supported are public and private message bases (rooms), electronic mail, real-time chat, paging, shared calendaring, address books, mailing lists, and more. Unlike other collaboration servers, Citadel provides its own data stores and is therefore extremely easy to install; you don't have to "bring your own" email and database because they're built in. The server is multithreaded and scalable. In addition, SMTP, IMAP, and POP3 servers are built-in for easy connection to Internet mail. Citadel is both robust and mature; it has been in production since 1987.License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:This version adds new aggregation features: any room may be configured to fetch new messages from any number of remote RSS feeds and/or POP3 accounts.

+MySQL High Availability clustering beta-0.8 (Default branch)
MySQL High Availability clustering is a set of scripts and programs that provide a high availability database cluster using MySQL replication. It is transparent to client applications, as the cluster uses a shared logical IP to provide the service.License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:Fixes in the documentation. Fixes in the rc script in order to run on Ubuntu.

Thisavoids the hassles of setting up IPSec.Authentication using passphrase protected identityfiles is supported.License:Other/Proprietary License with Free TrialChanges:The ability to set the SSH server port number. The ability to set up custom forward and reverse port forwarding. Traffic compression is now on by default. This release is more resilient to connection dropouts.

    +JOpt.SDK Vehicle Routing Component 2.0.7 (JOpt.NET branch)
JOpt.SDK is an automated vehicle routing and dispatching component forboth Java/J2SE and .NET. It can solve Travelling Salesman Problems (TSP) and Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problems with Time Windows (CVRP,VRPTW). It offers route and transport optimisation with respect to various constraints such as time windows, load capacities, and prescribed itinerary. The component is based on genetic algorithms, and automatically determines an optimized allocation of vehicels to an arbitrary set of orders.License:Other/Proprietary License with Free TrialChanges:This release adds a TimeMatrix to the optimizer in order to respect real driving distances rather than pure distance/speed calculation. A problem in combination with Example06 (multiple day schedules) has been fixed.
