  SlackRoll is a package or upgrade manager for Slackware Linux. It is designed to work with official mirrors in systems mainly composed of official packages with a few unofficial packages. It lets you automatically upgrade or install packages, and displays which packages have been added or removed from the Slackware tree.License:Public DomainChanges:This release fixes an unlimited wait bug by setting a socket timeout, and makes the install-related operations download all packages before installing them. This avoids many problems with mirrors that have not been fully updated at the moment you call the program. This release adds the "upgrade-key-packages", "download-key-packages", and "urls-key-packages" commands.

  MyPatients is a medical records database that usesOpenOffice.org Base and MySQL. It is based on aGreek translation of ICD10 for its coding, andcould easily be ported to English if an Englishversion of the ICD10 database was available.

  GNUMP3d is a small, portable, and robust server for streaming MP3s, OGGs, andother audio files. It presents a simple and attractive interface to Webbrowsers, which allows you to navigate through your music collection.Individual files may be streamed, as can whole directory trees.   PyLash is a Python binding of the Lash library.   SNAKES is the Net Algebra Kit for Editors andSimulators. It can serve eitheras a Teredo client, a stand-alone Teredo relay, ora Teredo server. It is meant to provide IPv6connectivity to hosts behind NAT devices, most ofwhich do not support IPv6, and not evenIPv6-over-IPv4 (including 6to4).License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:Brittle NAT type determination was removed; this release somewhat runs behind symmetric NATs.   GnuAccounting is an accounting program for writinginvoices and credit memos.   Prewikka is a graphical front-end analysis console for the Prelude hybrid IDS framework. Prelude is a hybrid intrusion detection framework implementing an open communication layer for use by any security application. It offers the ability to unify currently available security tools into one, powerful, and distributed application. Providing numerous features, Prewikka facilitate the work of users and analysts. It provides alert aggregation, sensors and hearbeat views, and has user management and configurable filters.   Internet DJ console is a graphical shoutcast/icecast client that runs under GTK+ and the JACK audio connection kit. In short, it's an Internet radio app for making a live radio show or podcast. Features include two main media players with a crossfader, a jingle player, microphone signal processing (compressor and noise gate), IRC track announcements with X-Chat, an automatic stream shut-off timer, MP3 or Ogg streaming and recording at various bit rates, aux input for connecting external JACK aware applications, and audio level meters.License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:Shoutcast servers now receive the bitrate, number of channels, and sample rate information. The update button triggers server reconnection when using shoutcast.
