    +Logger 07291.1451 (Default branch)
      Logger is a log queueing and optimization utility.It can handle logs larger than 2GB and performautomatic nightly log rotation without affectingservices. Any application that writes a log can bemaintained be Logger, including syslogd. It islight, small, and fast, emphasizes security, andreduces drive usage through memory queueing.License:GNU General Public License v2Changes:This release adds a switch to the COMPILE script to force Logger to write a log file out when a memory queue has been inactive for one hour. This addresses an issue with bursty logs like xferlog (FTP) where activity may not be constant.

    +HapCluster++ 2.1.6 (Default branch)
      HapCluster++ is a software package for linkagedisequilibrium mapping using coalescent theory. Itis based on a Bayesian Markov-chain Monte Carlo(MCMC) method for fine-scalelinkage-disequilibrium gene mapping usinghigh-density marker maps. HapCluster++ is a C++implementation of the method described in thepaper "Fine Mapping of Disease Genes via HaplotypeClustering" by E.R.B. Waldron, J.C. Whitaker, andD.J. Balding. Genetic Epidemiology. 30:170–179. (2006).License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:This version adds an option for restricting the MCMC search to a sub-interval of the full data. This is especially useful for SNPFile data, where the regions can be very wide, but where convergence and mixing can be very poor.

    +OfflineIMAP 5.99.3 (Default branch)
      OfflineIMAP is a tool to simplify email reading.It allows you to read the same mailbox frommultiple computers and ensures that your changeswill be automatically reflected on all computers.You can use various mail clients to read a singlebox or read mail while offline with fullsynchronization when you reconnect. You can readIMAP mail with readers that lack IMAP support(same goes for SSL). OfflineIMAP's multithreadedsynchronization algorithm performs between 10 and60 times faster than many mail readers' internalIMAP support, and it can be used even with mailreaders that support IMAP already. There are fiveavailable user interface modules, includingscripted execution, an interactive terminalinterface, and GUI interfaces.License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:A new -q (quick) option. Minor bugfixes. Configuration options for Blinkenlights.

    +SlackRoll v17 (Default branch)
      SlackRoll is a package or upgrade manager for Slackware Linux. It is designed to work with official mirrors in systems mainly composed of official packages with a few unofficial packages. It lets you automatically upgrade or install packages, and displays which packages have been added or removed from the Slackware tree.License:Public DomainChanges:This release fixes an unlimited wait bug by setting a socket timeout, and makes the install-related operations download all packages before installing them. This avoids many problems with mirrors that have not been fully updated at the moment you call the program. This release adds the "upgrade-key-packages", "download-key-packages", and "urls-key-packages" commands.

    +MyPatients 1.5 (Default branch)
      MyPatients is a medical records database that usesOpenOffice.org Base and MySQL. It is based on aGreek translation of ICD10 for its coding, andcould easily be ported to English if an Englishversion of the ICD10 database was available.

    +GNU MP3 Daemon 3.0 (Stable branch)
      GNUMP3d is a small, portable, and robust server for streaming MP3s, OGGs, andother audio files. Other featuresinclude the ability to see your most popular tracks, and to search yourcollection for songs.License:GNU General Public License (GPL)Changes:This release features the removal of the weak password protection system that was previously present. The protection was so weak and misguided that removal is a better thing for users than attempting to make it work. Additionally, several small bugs were fixed.

    +PyLash 1.2 (Default branch)
      PyLash is a Python binding of the Lash library. Itis composed of a low-level binding that directlymaps the C functions and a high-level one thatpresents an object-oriented interface for the datastructures.License:GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL)Changes:Several minor bugs have been fixed. A lot of redundant information has been removed. The binding of RVA has been started (transformations are not implemented yet).

    +SNAKES 0.8.5 (Main branch)
