A federal grand jury in Chicago has indicted two Midwest businessmen, including a former General Motors executive, for allegedly diverting $80 million from GM.

  Nissan Motor Co. said today its Mexican unit is to produce a new generation of light commercial trucks at its plant in Cuernavaca, 50 miles south of Mexico City.

  Drivers felt the crunch at the pump this week with gasoline prices today reaching $3.28 a gallon for regular unleaded, up 12 cents from the end of February. Midgrade mirrored regular gasoline, rising 12 cents to $3.48.

  Citation Corp. said today it will move its headquarters from Birmingham, Ala., to its offices in suburban Detroit, effective today. The casting and machining supplier said it wants to move closer to its core customers.
